Check-In
The conference check-in table will be available in the foyer outside of the conference venue meeting rooms:

  • Wednesday, November 4, beginning at 5:00 p.m.; reception to begin at 6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, November 5, beginning at 8:00 a.m.
  • Friday, November 6, beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Conference organizers will be available at the check-in table throughout the conference to answer questions.


Welcoming Reception
The welcoming reception is scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, 6:00–8:00 p.m. The reception will be held in the ballroom of the Lawrence Holiday Inn. Conference check-in will be available prior to the reception at 5:00 p.m.
